Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations: Support sales reps in clear, engaging product demonstrations
  • Technical Support: Partner with sales representatives throughout the deal cycle to answer technical questions
  • Proof of Value Execution: Lead structured POV engagements
  • Customer Discovery: Participate in sales calls with strong listening skills
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues
  • Sales Collaboration: Support Account Executives by understanding typical sales strategies
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of presales experience or equivalent combination of technical and sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Natural organization and follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Growth orientation
