About the role

  • Plan and execute high-impact paid media campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and improve performance
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing as necessary to improve ad campaign performances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad performance and data accuracy

Requirements

  • **Minimum Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with a minimum experience of at least 1 year in a related field.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
  • **Skills:**
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
  • Knowledgeable in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms)
  • Understanding of the marketing principles
  • Should have a basic understanding of the following:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Suite
  • Google Adwords
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Analyzing Data
  • A/B Testing
