Field Sales position at Pluxee where you will manage client relationships and drive B2B sales. Responsible for lead generation, client proposals, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
Monitor market opportunities, conduct prospecting and generate leads
Understand clients' objectives and how our products can help them
Create commercial proposals, negotiate and close new contracts
Ensure monthly results by managing the client portfolio with a strong conversion rate to sales
Record all interactions with customers and prospects in Pluxee's internal system (CRM)
Manage commercial activities and monitor contractual execution for the client portfolio
Strengthen commercial relationships with clients and prospects through regular technical-commercial meetings
Contribute to cross-functional working groups to improve our commercial routines and processes that will enhance the customer experience with Pluxee
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales (postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities
