About the role

  • Monitor market opportunities, conduct prospecting and generate leads
  • Understand clients' objectives and how our products can help them
  • Create commercial proposals, negotiate and close new contracts
  • Ensure monthly results by managing the client portfolio with a strong conversion rate to sales
  • Record all interactions with customers and prospects in Pluxee's internal system (CRM)
  • Manage commercial activities and monitor contractual execution for the client portfolio
  • Strengthen commercial relationships with clients and prospects through regular technical-commercial meetings
  • Contribute to cross-functional working groups to improve our commercial routines and processes that will enhance the customer experience with Pluxee

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales (postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities
  • Reside in the São José dos Campos region
  • Experience in B2B sales
