About the role

  • Junior Account Executive driving sales strategies in AI solutions for the public sector. Collaborating with the VP Revenue and managing various sales tasks in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own areas of work in a full-cycle role.
  • Prospecting
  • Inbound & outbound sales
  • Lead qualification
  • Demos & deal closing
  • Customer onboarding
  • Support at trade shows & events
  • Depending on your experience and our impression during interviews, you'll start as either a Junior or an experienced Account Executive.

Requirements

  • You are ready to take responsibility — and don't expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You enjoy hands-on work: you test, measure, and improve — following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
  • You can get people excited about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive context of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
