About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager at SPCTR. developing performance campaigns for clients on platforms like Google and Meta. Collaborating in a dynamic team to optimize marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the comprehensive extension of our clients' online marketing department.
  • You develop creative concepts and plan targeted marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • You independently implement campaigns and continuously optimize various client projects.
  • You monitor the market, identify new trends, and integrate them innovatively into our campaigns.
  • You produce analyses, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • In close collaboration with our clients, you coordinate projects, plan strategically, and present results with a clear focus on KPIs.
  • You work independently within an interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies and agile working methods.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience with tools such as Google Ads, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and Microsoft Ads, as well as project management tools—ideally with agency experience.
  • You are a strong communicator, assertive, and passionate about your work.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., n8n/Make), GPT-assisted content/analysis support, and a testing mindset.
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns, and eager to continuously learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Your working style is proactive, reliable, and results-oriented; you approach tasks in a structured way and set clear priorities.
  • As a true team player, you are willing to look beyond your own tasks and actively support your colleagues.
