About the role

  • Lead paid acquisition strategy and oversee day-to-day execution across paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and audio channels.
  • Own the creation and delivery of brand-level and portfolio-level reports that track spend efficiency and profitability using advanced measurement frameworks.
  • Manage agency partners and engage with platform reps for each brand, setting clear scopes, KPIs, and service levels with each.
  • Design and execute experimentation roadmaps on creative, audiences, and landing pages to meet CAC, ROAS, and contribution-margin targets.
  • Translate platform results and first-party data into budget allocations; partner with the Customer Analytics Manager to surface cohort and incrementality insights.
  • Coordinate on customer journey with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager so new customers receive tailored retention journeys that maximize LTV.
  • Collaborate with the Brand on organic social influencer activations, and with Creative on asset briefs as well as the weekly creative process.
  • Identify and pilot new channels and approaches that will enable incrementality.
  • Share learnings with peers to foster continuous improvement within the Growth org.
  • This is a hybrid role, with three days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) onsite at our Cypress, CA headquarters and two days working remote. This report reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or minimum of six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience scaling paid programs for brands.
  • Demonstrated success growing paid social, paid search, and emerging channels.
  • Comfort interpreting first-party data from Shopify, GA4 and native-platform reports.
  • Proven collaborator across analytics, lifecycle, brand, creative, and finance teams.
  • Expectation of being onsite 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in our Cypress, Ca headquarters.
  • Preferred: Proven experience applying advanced marketing-measurement frameworks.
  • Preferred: Test-and-learn mentality with a track record of running successful experiments.
  • Preferred: Experience with order economics, contribution dollars, and profitable growth.
  • Preferred: Ability to adhere to creative and brand standards while still driving growth.
  • Preferred: Comfort with automation and AI within your org as a force multiplier.
