Performance Marketing Executive managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for clients. Focusing on e-commerce growth in a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across e-comm marketplaces, SEM, and social media
Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs
Manage revenue delivery and budget spending
Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation
Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
2+ years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads OR eCommerce Marketplace Search Ads essential
Experience in Facebook and Tik Tok Ads is a plus
Experienced in media planning, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of data and numbers
Fluent in English
Digital Marketing Certification on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads is a plus
