About the role

  • Director of Marketing & Growth at CAF Outdoor Cleaning responsible for marketing strategy and demand generation. Leading marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and achieving growth in the U.S. and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of CAF’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and long-term growth plans.
  • Build a predictable lead generation engine supporting Europe and emerging U.S. vertical markets.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all customer segments and channels.
  • Manage CAF’s eCommerce growth strategy and collaborate with external and internal partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting to senior leadership.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small internal marketing team and external agencies.
  • Represent CAF at key tradeshows and industry events, including NACS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B, industrial, or multi-channel product environments.
  • Proven success building and executing ROI-driven marketing programs.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and eCommerce optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and data-driven communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to company success.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must reside within 15 miles of the CAF office in Maple Valley (98038).
