About the role

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video, and display.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and landing page experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns are delivering against acquisition targets.
  • Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a performance marketing role (agency or client-side)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and SA360 (or similar)
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of campaign metrics and ROI
  • A collaborative, curious approach and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A relevant degree in marketing, business, or similar (postgrad qualifications a plus)
