Responsibilities
Help our hiring managers to recruit top talent through coordination of recruitment processes and hosting screening interviews
Design and coordinate regular company-wide events
Manage the back-end of our HRIS, Rippling
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Respond to employee queries via Inbox and Slack
Create process and educational documentation to create a more ‘self service’ employee & manager experience
Assist the People Ops team with ad-hoc projects as they arise (and they often do!)
Requirements
A few years experience in People Operations (HR) and Talent Acquisition.
Experience managing an HRIS and ATS (from the back-end)
Outstanding communication skills; written & verbal, talking and listening
Ability to conduct interviews and quickly form judgments on candidate suitability
Ability to manipulate and analyse data for reporting
Basic understanding of Australian employment law
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
Experience coordinating events that build company culture
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
