About the role
- HR professional driving People and Culture strategy across EU operations at Trustly. Collaborating with teams to enhance overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process optimization, and people enablement programs, to drive business success
- Employee relations: Serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed, and helping to maintain a positive culture
- Administration: Managing and maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, and supporting administrative tasks
- Performance and development: Assisting with performance review cycles, coordinating training programs, and helping to implement HR policies and initiatives
- Culture and engagement: Employment branding, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promoting employee well-being
- Maintain strong relationships with unions, ensure compliance and have a good understanding of employment law
- Support in day to day HR operations topics and give guidance on topics such as labor law, employee development, people management and change management
Requirements
- A proactive, people-centric professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR and People operations within fast-paced, growing organizations
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
- A solution-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, always looking for ways to drive positive outcomes
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, keeping a clear focus on delivering impactful results
- Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy the challenge of developing creative solutions to attract and retain top talent
