Employee relations: Serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed, and helping to maintain a positive culture
Administration: Managing and maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, and supporting administrative tasks
Performance and development: Assisting with performance review cycles, coordinating training programs, and helping to implement HR policies and initiatives
Culture and engagement: Employment branding, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promoting employee well-being
Maintain strong relationships with unions, ensure compliance and have a good understanding of employment law
Support in day to day HR operations topics and give guidance on topics such as labor law, employee development, people management and change management
Requirements
A proactive, people-centric professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR and People operations within fast-paced, growing organizations
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
