Responsibilities
We’re looking for a People Partner Intern (Recruitment) to join our People Partner team at Ajaib. In this role, you’ll work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers to support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and recruitment, and eager to learn how hiring works in a fast-paced fintech environment. Outstanding intern will be considered for **full-time employment** after the program.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Work closely with People Partners to understand hiring needs across various functions (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance etc.).
Maintain and update our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate candidate data and status tracking.
Help draft and post job descriptions, source candidates from various platforms, and manage inbound applications.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Provide administrative and project support to the wider People team as needed.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Passionate about recruitment and people development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Available to commit for a minimum of 3–6 months (with strong performance leading to a full-time opportunity).
