About the role

  • Lead and manage PXP team members in a designated region to deliver exceptional employee experience.
  • Strategically drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Partner with Senior Operations Team and Site Leaders to develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.
  • Collaborate across functions and service lines to deliver a consistent & positive One JLL experience for team members.
  • Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.
  • Navigate ambiguity to drive results.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion and belonging where every voice is heard.
  • Partner with HR COE’s to create and deliver best-in-class HR resources, processes and experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Established leadership experience in matrix work environments
  • Demonstrated results implementing strategic HR initiatives
