Deliver timely, solutions -focused advice on employment policies, procedures and employment related matters.
Champion initiatives that enhance wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
Support continuous improvement incorporating employee feedback and engagement programs.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values.
Lead regional rollout of national P&C frameworks and programs.
Lead or support key P&C processes including performance reviews, remuneration, talent mapping, and L&D.
Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations across the region, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality service delivery.
Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with legal/IR specialists.
Build and maintain relationships with our charity partners and lead programs that support them.
Lead CSR activities including the implementation of our Reconciliation Action plan and report on our CSR activities.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver people initiatives in complex environments.
High level of emotional intelligence, communication skills, and cultural awareness.
IT literacy in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & Outlook in particular).
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust.
Outstanding attention to detail, strong commercial acumen.
