About the role

  • People Data & Reward Analyst driving insights and strategies for healthcare tech company. Collaborating with HR and Finance for data-informed decisions on people data and compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that our people data drives informed decisions across the organisation.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to provide actionable insights on pay, benefits, and workforce trends.
  • Help forecast workforce needs, identify trends in employee engagement, and ensure our reward policies support both organisational goals and employee experience.
  • Directly influence pay review cycles, salary benchmarking, and benefits optimisation to help attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Implement our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings.
  • Optimise systems and processes at scale, embedding quality assurance and compliance, ensuring people data is accurate and GDPR-compliant.
  • Shape reward and benefits decisions, supporting pay review cycles and providing analysis for internal mobility.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and generate actionable insights.
  • Aptitude in data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, including creating dashboards and trends analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and large-scale data manipulation.
  • Experience working with Power BI to integrate and visualise people and business data.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of raw data and perform insightful analysis.
  • End-to-end experience of the pay review process, including benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting, and salary/benefits analysis.
