Responsibilities
Ensuring that our people data drives informed decisions across the organisation.
Work closely with HR and Finance to provide actionable insights on pay, benefits, and workforce trends.
Help forecast workforce needs, identify trends in employee engagement, and ensure our reward policies support both organisational goals and employee experience.
Directly influence pay review cycles, salary benchmarking, and benefits optimisation to help attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Implement our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings.
Optimise systems and processes at scale, embedding quality assurance and compliance, ensuring people data is accurate and GDPR-compliant.
Shape reward and benefits decisions, supporting pay review cycles and providing analysis for internal mobility.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and generate actionable insights.
Aptitude in data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, including creating dashboards and trends analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and large-scale data manipulation.
Experience working with Power BI to integrate and visualise people and business data.
Ability to manage large volumes of raw data and perform insightful analysis.
End-to-end experience of the pay review process, including benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting, and salary/benefits analysis.
