About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic solutions and support to assigned client groups
  • Collaborate with company leaders to develop solutions aligned with strategic objectives
  • Understand challenges, goals, and opportunities of the business
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements

Requirements

  • Significant experience working as a Human Resources or People Business Partner in a global organization
  • Deep subject matter expertise in strategic people practices
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local law; experience with Canadian labor law is a plus
  • Skilled in data analysis and communication
  • Ability to navigate change initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Master communicator with interpersonal savviness
