Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
Oversee our Employer of Record (EOR) payroll and vendor relationships.
Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring payroll is right first time.
Partner closely with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and drive automation.
Lead payroll-related projects, from transformation, system improvements, to acquisitions and integrations.
Provide clear insights and analytics on payroll trends, costs, and workforce metrics.
Strengthen internal controls, support audit and reporting compliance.
Own the design, delivery, and optimisation of employee benefits across our global footprint.
Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure our offerings stay competitive and cost-effective.
Lead annual renewals and open enrolment processes.
Analyse utilisation, costs and feedback to evolve our benefits strategy.
Keep us compliant with local legislation and ahead of market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience managing payrolls across multiple countries, including vendor management and compliance (ideally across Europe and North America).
Strong knowledge of global benefits administration (ideally across Europe and North America).
Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach - you don’t just spot problems, you fix them.
Professional payroll certification (e.g. CIPP, CPP) is a plus.
