About the role

  • Analista de Administração de Pessoal PL managing payroll and HR routines at green4T. Contributing to internal processes and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify payroll, vacation pay, terminations/severance, 13th salary (13th-month pay) and social contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);
  • Perform statutory filings and mandatory reports (SEFIP, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb);
  • Complete the monthly payroll close and perform data consistency analyses and reconciliations;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of information;
  • Provide client support, answering queries and ensuring quality delivery of services;
  • Maintain and update employee records and benefits in the system;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and automation in the Personnel Administration area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Solid experience in payroll processing and personnel administration routines;
  • Experience in BPO will be an important differentiator;
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, LG, Protheus, SAP, Senior or similar);
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level);
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented profile with excellent organizational skills.
