About the role

  • QMS Administrator supporting the LCS Quality Management system. Collaborating in document management and quality assurance processes in Pune/Noida, India.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and maintenance of the LCS Quality Management system repository through working with users and other members of the quality team in creating or revising QMS documents within the QMS (Sharepoint) repository.
  • Ensures version control, document traceability, and the proper archival of obsolete documents.
  • Supports the QMS governance process by coordinating change requests with the process owners and by administrating the QMS change management process (CAPA).
  • Advises document authors in creating documents within the QMS framework, e.g., by selecting appropriate templates and document IDs.
  • Reviews draft procedures for formal properties, and provides feedback to the author, or is finalizing the required changes, as appropriate.
  • Starts review workflows in coordination with the document author, if required, and runs approval workflows according to the requirements of the QMS governance scheme.
  • Resolves issues that might arise from technical problems or unforeseen organizational bottlenecks, while at the same time ensuring the integrity of the QMS.
  • Supports business transformation initiatives impacting process documentation within the QMS, by updating QMS documents under direction of and in support of the process owners, or defining and documenting quality assurance processes related to these initiatives.
  • Trains employees on document control procedures and the use of the QMS repository system.
  • Monitors repository usage and implements improvements to enhance usability and compliance.
  • Supports, tracks, and oversees the QMS Change Control processes and administers audit follow-up activities such as monitoring issue closure and reporting KPIs.
  • Might act as a deputy for the QMS Manager during absences and is able to take over specific individual tasks of the QMS Manager when needed.

Requirements

  • Business Process Analyst Level 3 – min. 5 years experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering or Quality related (In absence of an official degree a similar level of knowledge acquired through long-term working experience might be considered as an alternative)
  • Prior experience in quality management:
  • Excellent traceable knowledge in one or several of the areas related to quality management, document management
  • Fluent English language skills (reading & writing)
  • Experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.) and Adobe
  • Traceable experience in quality management methods and techniques, like e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI, Spice, Lean Six-Sigma.
