  • Payroll Accountant responsible for monthly payroll in various industries. Engaging with clients and authorities while supporting payroll system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly payroll (salaries and wages) across various industries
  • Correspondence with clients, government offices, social insurance agencies, and authorities
  • Handling payroll reporting and certification processes
  • Providing professional support to clients during payroll tax and social security audits
  • Support and implementation of payroll accounting systems (e.g., Emplower)

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant, tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in payroll accounting
  • Proficient in DATEV
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Well-organized and a team player
  • Friendly, confident manner with strong communication skills
