Partnerships Manager at Payplug focused on growing the e-commerce partner network. Managing relationships and fostering partnerships with agencies and freelancers to boost payment solution adoption.
Responsibilities
Follow active partners (agencies and freelancers in tiers 2 & 3), organize business reviews and monitor joint objectives
Keep lead pipelines up to date, share business opportunities, and inform sales teams about partner mappings for clients/prospects
Ensure regular communication on product updates and Payplug news: update partner teams on Payplug USPs and business reviews / quarterly
Identify, recruit and activate new partners in our priority segments: CRO & UX agencies, digital agencies, CRM & Ads agencies, freelance communities (Shopify, ...)
Build co-marketing and commercial action plans to drive lead generation through these partners
Organize one partner event per quarter (e.g., partner agency x Payplug workshop, themed breakfast, e-commerce meetup)
Coordinate Payplug’s participation in partner events to maximize business opportunity generation
Maintain continuous monitoring of the e-commerce ecosystem in France and neighboring countries, integrations between e-commerce players and CMSs, new tools and trends (headless, marketplaces, AI, etc.) with internal sharing and enrichment of our partner database
Surface field insights to feed the roadmap and partnership strategy
Requirements
You have 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships or indirect sales in a B2B SaaS environment; experience in payments is a plus
You have a genuine affinity for new technologies (including Fintech)
You can work autonomously in managing your prospecting portfolio
You demonstrate leadership by involving the colleagues necessary for partner project success in your action plans
You are proactive, curious and energetic
