About the role

  • Grow and nurture our network of host companies across the UK and Ireland
  • Build meaningful relationships and expand employer partnerships
  • Oversee the full B2B lifecycle from new outreach to ongoing account support
  • Guide internship matching processes between participants and host companies
  • Develop and execute culturally adapted, localized outreach emphasizing in-person engagement
  • Achieve monthly business development goals via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and networking
  • Build partnerships and referral schemes with companies, associations, chambers of commerce, and expat communities
  • Manage key accounts including site visits and feedback sessions to retain and grow partnerships
  • Lead the full placement process and manage a pipeline of student applicants
  • Conduct research, discovery calls, and tailored presentations to qualify leads and onboard new partners
  • Track placement rates, satisfaction, and outcomes to identify opportunities for retention and program improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
  • Results Orientated - strong attention to detail, very target driven with a track record of delivering results individually and as a team
  • Excellent face-to-face networking and relationship building skills, especially across different cultures and industries
  • Fluent in English, with strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
  • Work authorization to work in the UK & do not require sponsorship
