About the role

  • Grow and nurture a network of host companies across Ireland and the UK
  • Build meaningful relationships and expand employer partnerships to create internship opportunities
  • Oversee the full B2B lifecycle from outreach to ongoing account support
  • Work closely with participants to guide internship matching and manage placement pipeline
  • Develop and execute localized outreach emphasizing in-person trust-based engagement
  • Achieve monthly business development goals via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and networking
  • Build partnership ecosystems with companies, associations, chambers of commerce, and expat communities
  • Provide key account management including site visits and feedback sessions to retain and grow partnerships
  • Conduct research, discovery calls, tailored presentations, qualify leads, and onboard new partners
  • Track placement rates, satisfaction, and outcomes to identify improvements and drive retention

Requirements

  • Must have work authorization to work in Ireland and not require sponsorship
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
  • Confident communicator with strong face-to-face networking and relationship-building skills
  • Results orientated, target driven with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: highly motivated, proactive, able to thrive in a remote-first environment
  • Logistical requirements: home office space and a personal computer to work from
