About the role

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across Texas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and engagement.
  • Support partners from onboarding through renewal and design and implement effective onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Execute a partner success strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for partner growth, collaboration, and retention.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and resources to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports on partner performance and success metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide support in resolving customer issues across the broader partner base.
  • Occasionally work outside standard business hours and travel frequently for in-person visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
  • Proven track record of initiative, grit, and self-motivation; resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Passionate advocate for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills—your customers love working with you.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting and acting on partner data.
  • Highly organized and eager to explore new tools for project and task management.
  • Preferred: experience in customer success, client services, or account coordination — ideally within education or edtech.
  • Must be based in Texas (requires frequent in-person visits to customer sites).
  • Availability outside of standard business hours, including some evenings and weekends, may occasionally be required to support partner needs.
