About the role

  • Report to the VP, Marketing and own partner marketing strategy and execution across Binary Stream’s partner ecosystem
  • Build and nurture relationships with resellers and Microsoft System Integrators to deliver joint marketing programs
  • Design and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, digital events, and demand-generation activities
  • Align with partner sales leadership to support channel priorities and accelerate growth
  • Manage the partner journey: recruit, onboard, enable, engage, and sustain partner relationships
  • Oversee partner projects, coordinate promotions, content delivery, and follow-up via marketing automation and CRM
  • Maintain a comprehensive partner marketing calendar to ensure timely, consistent engagement
  • Monitor campaign outcomes, pipeline influence, and ROI; manage and segment partner database for targeted campaigns
  • Share insights and recommendations across marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize partner marketing effectiveness
  • Act as primary marketing contact for the partner sales team and collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and sales enablement

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Canadian work permit
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in partner, channel, or B2B marketing
  • Proven success designing and delivering partner or channel marketing programs (ideally within SaaS, ERP, or business applications)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft System Integrators or other ERP platforms and reseller channel dynamics
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is an asset)
  • Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of agile or pragmatic marketing practices is advantageous
