About the role

  • Responsible for developing & implementing regional marketing programmes to drive lead conversion & customer retention
  • Implement the short and long-term strategy to grow Omnipod’s customer base
  • Work coherently with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders
  • Develop marketing programmes (incl. communication & education) to help customers optimize their experience
  • Measure the performance of marketing programmes & drive insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (with a concentration in Marketing preferred)
  • Comprehensive relevant experience in a consumer marketing-driven organization
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to drive consumer awareness & lead generation
  • Demonstrated experience of identifying & leveraging insights to drive engaging communications
  • Demonstrated experience working within regional or global preferred
  • Prior experience of working within the Diabetes industry preferred
  • Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare) preferred.
