About the role
- VINCENT Analyst leading the administration of Variable Marketing Programs in IMG/China/US markets. Authoring incentive programs and coordinating VM activities across markets.
Responsibilities
- Developing Program & Announcement Templates.
- Authoring Incentive Programs & their related Program Announcements.
- Support application Security Administration.
- Manage dealer claims and reconciliations
- Work closely with the Retail Marketing (RM) Teams & the various market stakeholders to ensure timely releases of VM Programs.
- Ability to understand the suite of application reports to assist the RM Team & markets in VM Program Analysis
- Support the drive for consistency across markets for adherence to IMG Retail Reporting & various VM Programs.
- Support the development of desktop procedures for new markets plus the ongoing administration of desktop documentation.
- Support Retail Marketing initiatives & projects on ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- Good analytical skill and Strong English communication skill – verbal & written.
- Strong Excel skills - both formula and data handling
- Exposure to process automation & related technologies
- Previous experience application-based process is preferred
- Flexible to work in multiple time zones and rotational shifts (i.e Early morning (AP process- 8AM to 5.30PM OR US process - 3.30PM to 2PM)
- Automotive experience including an understanding of dealership operations
- Analytical position with exposure to Marketing in pervious roles
- Knowledge on Retail Marketing & Sales process, awareness on Dealer communication bulletin (DCB).
