About the role

  • As the LATAM Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading the marketing strategy across the region, strengthening Topaz's positioning as a technology reference for the financial market.
  • Lead and develop a multicultural team across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Define and execute the LATAM strategy for events, including participation and event generation.
  • Define and evolve the LATAM marketing strategy, strengthening our brand positioning and digital presence.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize 360° marketing campaigns, overseeing all phases: conception, testing, execution, performance, and scaling.
  • Orchestrate multichannel acquisition strategies (organic and paid) — including content, social media, PPC, events, inbound marketing, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Build high-value narratives and content for our website, social media, and corporate materials, driving authority and engagement with strategic audiences.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across LATAM with industry players, vendors, agencies, and ecosystems that expand our presence and relevance.
  • Manage the quarterly and annual marketing budget, prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact and ROI.
  • Oversee and approve marketing assets (banners, print materials, case studies, digital campaigns, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Measure and report performance, translating data into insights for decision-making and guiding future actions.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and regional trends, adjusting campaigns and targeting to maximize reach and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing management, preferably in technology, B2B, or SaaS companies, with regional responsibility across LATAM.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills, familiarity with metrics, and ability to work with data and spreadsheets.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, passion for storytelling, clear communication, and excellent writing skills.
  • Continuous learning and up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, technology, consumer behavior, and digital performance.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Spanish (for communication with regional teams and stakeholders).
