About the role

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies in line with the company’s objectives and values;
  • Plan and execute customer and prospect relationship communication strategies, ensuring consistency and personalization by audience profile;
  • Manage and segment the contact database in the marketing CRM, creating automated workflows and monitoring engagement metrics;
  • Develop and coordinate inbound marketing initiatives, including content production, lead magnets/gated assets, campaigns and lead nurturing;
  • Support the sales team with materials, campaigns and communications aimed at prospecting, retention and cross-sell;
  • Plan corporate events, trade shows, webinars and client relationship dinners — from planning to execution and post-event follow-up;
  • Plan and refresh the corporate website and landing pages aligned with the company’s communication strategy;
  • Work in an integrated manner with other communication areas (press/media, digital, employer branding and internal communications), ensuring coherence and synergy across deliverables;
  • Produce and edit institutional and commercial content (articles, presentations, newsletters, videos, scripts, podcasts);
  • Build relationships with organizations, regulatory bodies and media outlets in the insurance sector (such as CNseg, FenSeg, SUSEP, unions and specialized media);
  • Monitor performance indicators for marketing activities and produce reports with results and improvement opportunities;
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to identify communication and technology trends and best practices;
  • Participate in creating and managing the integrated communications and marketing calendar, consolidating seasonal campaigns, events and publications;
  • Drive engagement and conversion of marketing and relationship campaigns;
  • Ensure quality and growth of the CRM database;
  • Measure feedback and perceived value of events and relationship activities;
  • Generate leads and support commercial opportunities;
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work aligned with the brand.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, FreshSales or similar);
  • Experience with email marketing tools and data analysis platforms;
  • CMS experience (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO knowledge;
  • Familiarity with online event platforms (Zoom, StreamYard, Eventbrite, etc.);
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere or similar);
  • Microsoft Office, Power BI and Google Analytics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good public speaking and confidence to lead conversations and recordings;
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work integrated with different teams;
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking and results orientation;
  • Proactivity and a continuous learning mindset;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields;
  • English proficiency for reading and writing.
