About the role

  • Create, maintain and further develop functional, responsive digital touchpoints such as websites, microsites and landing pages
  • Build and develop complex (global) websites and landing pages for different target audiences
  • Continuously improve EMEA website and landing page performance through regular data analysis
  • Identify, implement and track trends in web development
  • Participate in (global) project teams using agile methodologies
  • Work closely with the IT Software Development team on technical implementations
  • Serve as a point of contact and advisor for questions related to digital web technologies
  • Evaluate new web technologies and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Web Development, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant experience in web development and UX with a focus on digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong experience with Webflow, Webflow Optimize and Client First
  • Strong expertise in Technical SEO and AIO
  • Good knowledge of Webflow CMS and headless CMS is preferred
  • Strong networking skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Industry-specific knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent German and English language skills
