Responsibilities
Manage key accounts and partnerships: Maintain and grow relationships with value-added resellers (VARs) and channel partners. Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Support partnership growth: Assist in identifying potential new VARs, support negotiations, and coordinate onboarding and training to ensure smooth partner integration.
Grow revenue from new channel partners: Support the development and execution of channel partners’ go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams: Help achieve revenue targets, support upsell opportunities, and contribute to account growth strategies.
Monitor performance and report insights: Track KPIs, analyze account and partnership performance, and provide reports to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to address the needs of accounts’ EV charging programs, from coordination between partners, feature requests, and financial payment resolutions
Stay informed and add value: Keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs to provide strategic guidance and insights.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in account management, revenue operations, or sales support
1–3 years of experience working with procurement teams
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and enterprise business tools
Knowledge of electrical distribution channels and market dynamics for EV charging, solar, battery storage, or other similar energy services products
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in EV charging or SaaS industries is a plus
