Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing business with assigned customers
  • Drive strategies and programs to grow the business and increase market share
  • Ensure thorough penetration of existing accounts and plan strategies to win new customers
  • Negotiate strategic decisions across various management levels
  • Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from engineering, marketing and inside sales
  • Coordinate web trainings/webinars for customers

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a technical field, or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Extensive sales experience, preferably in electronic components
  • Solid basic understanding of electrical engineering
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Personable demeanor and customer-focused work style
  • Motivated, ambitious and resilient
  • Enjoys customer visits and related travel
