Responsibilities
Independent management and development of the relevant key accounts in your territory
Implementation of targeted measures to achieve optimal outcomes for patients, customers and our company
Market analyses to identify new customer potential and to develop effective KAM strategies
Planning and delivery of seminars and training sessions — in-person, online or hybrid
Strategic customer segmentation (HCPs, physicians, patient organizations) to ensure efficient time management
Close collaboration with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams to provide relevant information and to build sustainable customer relationships
Use of digital tools and CRM to optimally manage your activities
Requirements
Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative and relevant field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the hospital environment
Experience organizing and conducting specialist events (in-person, online, hybrid)
Solid medical or biological knowledge and the ability to present complex content clearly
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation
Willingness to travel extensively
