  • Key Account Manager responsible for sales growth and partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. Focused on improving product adoption and customer engagement through strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within their assigned territory
  • Foster strategic partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders
  • Deliver impactful, solution-oriented communication to highlight clinical benefits, safety profile, and approved indications of assigned products
  • Promote product adoption, build market share, and enhance customer engagement
  • Align territory performance with business objectives while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards
  • Effectively manage daily sales activities and performance in alignment with defined organizational expectations
  • Engage with customers professionally and compliantly utilizing advanced selling skills along with approved messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required with greater than 4 years preferred
  • Buy and bill experience a plus
  • Neurology experience desired
  • Limited distribution model experience preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key HCPs and practices
  • Account management experience needed
  • A record of consistent top sales performance
  • Strong technical skills and computer proficiency
  • Willingness to cover a large geography as needed
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Experience analyzing data and market trends
  • Ability to work with HCPs at various levels in an engaging and influential manner
  • Drives for results and self-motivated with high level of initiative
  • Customer focused committed to understanding and addressing the needs of accounts assigned
