Responsibilities
Independently manage and develop the relevant key accounts in your territory
Implement targeted measures to achieve optimal outcomes for patients, customers, and our company
Conduct market analyses to identify new customer potential and develop effective KAM strategies
Plan and deliver seminars and training — in-person, online, or hybrid
Strategically segment customers (HCPs, physicians, patient organizations) to ensure efficient time management
Work closely with the Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide relevant information and build sustainable customer relationships
Use digital tools and CRM to optimally coordinate your activities
Requirements
Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative and relevant field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the hospital environment
Experience organizing and conducting professional events (in-person, online, hybrid)
Solid medical or biological knowledge and the ability to communicate complex content clearly
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation
Willingness to travel extensively
