About the role

  • Partner leading strategic engagements in environmental compliance and sustainability for Fortune 500 clients. Collaborating with global experts to drive EHS compliance innovations and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients, delivering innovative solutions in environmental compliance, management systems, and sustainability integration.
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and closing strategic deals.
  • Design and implement EHS compliance and management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Develop and oversee environmental audit programs and ESG integration strategies.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on compliance and management systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar sales and leading large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of environmental regulations and innovative approaches to EHS compliance.
  • Existing client relationships, ideally in the power sector or other regulated industries.
