About the role

  • Werkstudent:in Sales + Business Development at Aclue GmbH supporting AI-based customer engagement strategies. Collaborating on lead qualification and enhancing sales processes in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on leads that we already generate automatically using modern AI tools
  • Draft tailored client outreach messages and proposal ideas to generate interest and secure meetings
  • Support building, developing, and fine-tuning our sales processes and playbooks
  • Prepare and follow up on our sales activities
  • Collect client feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assist with AI-supported client outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (Business Administration, Economics, or a related field)
  • You have a strong affinity for digital technologies and AI; initial experience with AI and/or sales is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy proactive client outreach
  • You are motivated to grow from the working-student role into a full-time sales position (e.g., Sales Manager) over time
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills (spoken and written)
