Responsibilities
Identify market and business opportunities in the real estate and facility management sectors across the DACH region and develop and implement tailored customer strategies
Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and in-person visits to sell our REM & CAFM software CareOffice
Conduct professional negotiations at decision-maker level
Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the DACH region
Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customers’ interests and application landscape (in collaboration with technical colleagues)
Work closely with internal sales, project managers, product owners, development and marketing
Represent the company at trade fairs, events and on social media
Requirements
Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development, including building new markets and revenue responsibility, and a strong interest in deepening expertise in the digitalization of real estate and facility management
Technical education; sales or business administration further training is an advantage
Convincing communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
Integrative mindset, entrepreneurial flair and a high degree of self-motivation
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Proficient use of software (Windows, Office, ERP, REM/CAFM etc.)
Excellent Swiss German/German and good English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (especially Switzerland and Germany)
