Responsibilities
Develop and lead the paid media strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed agreed KPIs
Refine the process for and manage campaign planning, media buying, and optimisation across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
Act as the primary paid media contact for clients, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals
Deliver consistent, insight-driven reporting with clear recommendations and optimisations
Build the paid media function at Rise At Seven with leadership
Collaborate across channels to deliver integrated campaigns
Requirements
3–5+ years’ experience in biddable media, ideally agency-side
Proven track record delivering performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, and optimisation
Confident communicator with experience presenting strategies and reports to clients
Experience managing budgets from £50k–£500k+ monthly spend
Comfortable mentoring juniors and working in fast-paced, integrated campaign teams
