Responsibilities
Identificar y comprender las necesidades del cliente.
Detectar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio.
Cumplir con los KPIs de negocio.
Desarrollar estrategias de conversión con Partners como Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, entre otros.
Crear planes estratégicos junto con el cliente.
Colaborar con los Paid Media Specialists en el análisis de resultados de campañas y propuestas de optimización.
Requirements
Conocimiento del ecosistema de la publicidad digital, tanto plataformas de search ads como Google Ads, como de social ads (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Experiencia en gestión de clientes en sectores como retail o moda.
Mentalidad analítica y capacidad para reportar con visión de negocio.
Acostumbrado/a a trabajar con KPIs como ROAS, AOV y evolución de cuentas a nivel internacional.
Orientación estratégica y enfoque en objetivos.
Espíritu internacional y capacidad para comunicarse fluidamente en inglés (tanto hablado como escrito).
Otros idiomas serán valorados.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y un enfoque entusiasta y práctico.
