Responsibilities
Manage and further develop existing B2B SaaS customers
Build and maintain long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
Identify expansion, upselling, and growth opportunities
Coordinate contract renewals and extensions of proposals and services
Regularly communicate with customers about usage, requirements, and product developments
Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product Management
Maintain and document all customer-relevant information in the CRM system
Requirements
Experience in account management or in supporting B2B SaaS customers
Strong understanding of customer needs, business processes, and digital solutions
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at various organizational levels
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Ability to strategically develop customer relationships
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
