About the role

  • Account Manager handling existing B2B customers in hybrid work environment. Collaborating with internal teams and developing customer relationships in a growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and further develop existing B2B SaaS customers
  • Build and maintain long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
  • Identify expansion, upselling, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate contract renewals and extensions of proposals and services
  • Regularly communicate with customers about usage, requirements, and product developments
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product Management
  • Maintain and document all customer-relevant information in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or in supporting B2B SaaS customers
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, business processes, and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at various organizational levels
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Ability to strategically develop customer relationships
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
