Responsibilities
As Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you manage three EDEKA regions and strategically and sustainably develop the collaboration with your retail partners.
Within the team you shape the sales strategy and derive clear, category-specific measures to achieve the objectives from the annual business reviews.
Together with internal stakeholders you prepare annual business reviews and conduct them independently with regional retail partners.
With a focus on relevant KPIs and the competitive landscape you identify potential early and derive targeted growth opportunities.
Your initiatives add value — you win retail partners and successfully implement measures on the customer side.
Together with the field sales team you ensure that agreements are visible in the market and have a sustainable impact.
Requirements
After completing your degree in business administration or economics, you have gained several years of experience in sales or sales-related functions — ideally on the manufacturer or retail side.
You are comfortable with conceptual and data-driven work and have a keen sense for the needs and requirements of the retail trade.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong negotiation ability and assertiveness characterize you — you always work in a goal- and results-oriented manner.
With your open and proactive manner you inspire colleagues and customers alike and drive initiatives forward.
Fluent German, very good English, confident use of MS Office, and ideally experience with retail panels (e.g., Circana) round off your profile.
