Assist the team with community building by actively recruiting members and event participants via LinkedIn and email
Send prewritten invitation messages via LinkedIn and email
Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes
Identify and reach out to people who interact with LinkedIn content
Maintain and update the community database (CRM)
Communicate with community hosts to follow up on action items
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in administrative roles, e.g., sales assistant, Sales Development Representative, assistant, support staff, administrator, or call center agent
Minimum C1 level in German and English, with a strong command of spelling and grammar
Reliable and detail-oriented work style
Proactive and ready-to-contribute attitude
Comfortable using computers and the internet
Suitable remote workspace with fast internet and a quiet environment
Willingness to travel to company meetings abroad once or twice a year
