About the role

- Assist the team with community building by actively recruiting members and event participants via LinkedIn and email
- Send prewritten invitation messages via LinkedIn and email
- Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes

- Maintain and update the community database (CRM)
- Communicate with community hosts to follow up on action items
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in administrative roles, e.g., sales assistant, Sales Development Representative, assistant, support staff, administrator, or call center agent
- Minimum C1 level in German and English, with a strong command of spelling and grammar
- Reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Proactive and ready-to-contribute attitude
- Comfortable using computers and the internet
- Suitable remote workspace with fast internet and a quiet environment
- Willingness to travel to company meetings abroad once or twice a year
