About the role

  • Assist the team with community building by actively recruiting members and event participants via LinkedIn and email
  • Send prewritten invitation messages via LinkedIn and email
  • Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes
  • Identify and reach out to people who interact with LinkedIn content
  • Maintain and update the community database (CRM)
  • Communicate with community hosts to follow up on action items

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in administrative roles, e.g., sales assistant, Sales Development Representative, assistant, support staff, administrator, or call center agent
  • Minimum C1 level in German and English, with a strong command of spelling and grammar
  • Reliable and detail-oriented work style
  • Proactive and ready-to-contribute attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and the internet
  • Suitable remote workspace with fast internet and a quiet environment
  • Willingness to travel to company meetings abroad once or twice a year
