Offer promotional campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup and any other necessary support to increase their visibility on the platform.
Recommend affordable promotional investments.
Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to work in a remote/home-office model;
Maintain an adequate home-office workspace (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office when required by the company/leadership;
Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (no Wi‑Fi);
Mobile phone with SIM card and good signal reception for receiving SMS;
Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office);
Experience in sales/customer service.
