About the role

  • Process e-commerce customer orders via EDI/NetSuite and manage order entry.
  • Review inventory levels to ensure adequate quantities and communicate exceptions.
  • Manage and update customer records in NetSuite for e-commerce accounts when new locations are added.
  • Respond professionally and timely to inquiries from e-commerce customers and manage order exceptions.
  • Coordinate shipping of products within customer’s time frame and handle co-manufacturer shipping requests (e.g. ASN revisions, label printing).
  • Issue Purchase Orders to co-manufacturers based on sales order confirmations and process co-manufacturer invoices into NetSuite.
  • Analyze manufacturer costs for conformity with contracts and process freight broker invoices into NetSuite.
  • Process expense payables, conduct reconciliations, own state registration process and manage tonnage filings.
  • Invoice all customers through NetSuite and email invoices to any non-EDI customers.
  • Provide backup for other operational tasks and contribute process improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience working with international clients is a must.
  • NetSuite experience is a must.
  • Experience with Order Entry.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, 10-key and Accounting & Enterprise software tools.
  • Familiarity with carrier/shipping logistics and dock management preferred.
  • Comfortable working with multiple online vendor-tracking systems and EDI (electronic data interchange).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrate consistent ability to build productive and positive working relationships with Managers and Team Members throughout the organization.
