Responsibilities
Responsible for providing support for operation matters by answering inbound calls or calling back customers
Responding to support tickets and diagnosing issues
Creating and posting Portside Marine invoices
Assisting operations in CTM deliveries
Monitoring Optic daily and ensuring all queries/appointments are completed timely
Logging international satellite calls and re-billing charges
Tracking packages and minimizing service failures
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate degree in Maritime Transportation or related major preferred
Prior experience in marine agency field desired, but not required
Eligibility to work in the US
Must possess a valid 'non-expired' state drivers' license
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required within 30 days of appointment
Must possess intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
