About the role

  • Responsible for providing support for operation matters by answering inbound calls or calling back customers
  • Responding to support tickets and diagnosing issues
  • Creating and posting Portside Marine invoices
  • Assisting operations in CTM deliveries
  • Monitoring Optic daily and ensuring all queries/appointments are completed timely
  • Logging international satellite calls and re-billing charges
  • Tracking packages and minimizing service failures

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Maritime Transportation or related major preferred
  • Prior experience in marine agency field desired, but not required
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Must possess a valid 'non-expired' state drivers' license
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required within 30 days of appointment
  • Must possess intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
