Responsibilities
- This is administrative/consultative work involving identification and resolution of operational and management problems for the Office of Economic Self Sufficiency.

- Provides technical assistance and develops and monitors improvement plans for effectiveness.

- Consults with program supervisors and administrative staff to resolve programmatic, administrative and operational issues and problems.
- Performs firsthand, on-site analysis of operational problems of service programs; serves on interdisciplinary staff teams to develop optimum resolutions; carries out the implementation of solutions.
- Assists in implementing the development, refinement and testing of the Case Assignment and Management System (CAMS).
Requirements
- At least five years' experience working in ESS with two of those years in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/Creole/French or other foreign language may be considered in the selection process as determined by Agency need at time of interview and/or selection.
