About the role

  • Serve as the strategic engagement lead and SME across the team, representing the function in executive meetings and enterprise forums
  • Drive internal communications and marketing efforts to promote external workforce initiatives and adoption
  • Coordinate product and service demonstrations to internal stakeholders and potential partners
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and market developments to inform strategy and positioning
  • Lead RFX coordination efforts in partnership with Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships (EPP)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and partnerships
  • Serve as a key partner to executive leadership, participate in high-level meetings, and act as a primary liaison for stakeholder engagement
  • Travel internationally up to 25% to support global capabilities and relationship-building
  • Act as a likely successor position and play a critical role in building the pipeline of future opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

  • Management/supervisory experience
  • 10 or more years of banking or other relevant experience
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field (preferred)
  • Proven experience working within a Global Capabilities Center (GCC) or captive model (preferred)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption (preferred)
  • Experience with internal communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement strategies (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills (preferred)
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures and pass background checks; may be subject to FINRA, NMLS, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act or federal guidelines
