Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic engagement lead and SME across the team, representing the function in executive meetings and enterprise forums
Drive internal communications and marketing efforts to promote external workforce initiatives and adoption
Coordinate product and service demonstrations to internal stakeholders and potential partners
Monitor and report on industry trends and market developments to inform strategy and positioning
Lead RFX coordination efforts in partnership with Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships (EPP)
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and partnerships
Serve as a key partner to executive leadership, participate in high-level meetings, and act as a primary liaison for stakeholder engagement
Travel internationally up to 25% to support global capabilities and relationship-building
Act as a likely successor position and play a critical role in building the pipeline of future opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
Management/supervisory experience
10 or more years of banking or other relevant experience
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field (preferred)
Proven experience working within a Global Capabilities Center (GCC) or captive model (preferred)
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels (preferred)
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption (preferred)
Experience with internal communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement strategies (preferred)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills (preferred)
Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures and pass background checks; may be subject to FINRA, NMLS, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act or federal guidelines
