About the role

  • Review and validate warehouse invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices in collaboration with warehouses and vendors.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Expansion team, warehouses, and finance department.
  • Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements across warehouses.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, budgeting accuracy, and overall profitability.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, cost management, or operations support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Benefits

  • Salary up to $45,000 to $50,000 CAD
