Responsibilities
Partner directly with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives
Act as an extension of the CEO to keep projects moving and decisions organized
Anticipate needs, surface risks, and proactively solve problems
Maintain and update financial models to support planning and decision making
Manage vendor relationships including negotiation, renewals, and optimization
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with leadership
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
Own HR administration including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
Support recruiting coordination and candidate experience
Help plan and execute culture building initiatives such as team events and offsites
Own special projects from idea through execution as needs arise
Create structure where none exists and drive initiatives to completion
